The 58th annual congress organised by the Herts Chess Association is going to take place in Royston on 5-6 December. There are four sections (Open, U175, U150 and U120). As in previous years, the Open section is a qualifying event for the British Championship.
The same venue will also concurrently be hosting qualifiers for the London Junior tournaments, plus an U14 rapidplay event.
Given the possibilty of postal disruption, early entry is advised! I will provide email confirmation for all entries received before the end of November, plus as many afterwards as I get time for. It might also be a good idea, if you wish to enter, to let me know the relevant details by email:
