I am pleased to inform you that the legendary Mike Basman will be giving a simultaneous display at West London Chess Club on Wednesday 20th June at 7.15pm. Mike is an International Master who used to play for England in the Chess Olympiad and other events.

The date for 2007 Hackney's Chess Annual General Meeting has been set to the 23rd of June at The Lion in Stoke Newighton from 2pm. The meeting will be followed by Hackney's first Blitz Tournament of 2007, till around 7pm.
